Summer Fun?

So I took the leap and registered for 4 recreational cooking classes at L'Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda. It costs a week's worth of salary, but I think it will be worth it. I was really sad that all the classes were filled during spring break, and even when I was registering for the summer classes, the ones in August only had a couple seats left. The only class that I wanted but couldn't get into was Cake Decorating. Also, since I could only do weekend, my options were limited. In the end, I signed up for: Great Steak Escape (steak, crabcakes, etc.), Pies, Crisps & Cobblers, Foccacia & Pizza, and Morning Glory (scones and muffins).

It's all in July and August b/c June will be the month of working on being really good at my job and writing the final paper.

Oh crap, there's less than a month left.

Ooh I've always wanted to take cooking classes like those. I don't know if I've been saving enough money to justify buying one more pricey thing though. You'll have to let me know how it goes. I would have wanted to take the cake decorating class too, it's such a shame that it's sold out.
